Therapy for thoughtful adults who want deeper relationships, clearer boundaries and a more grounded sense of self

When life feels overwhelming or you feel disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to face it alone.
I work with adults who appear capable on the outside, yet feel disconnected, overwhelmed or unsatisfied in their relationships and life experiences.
I’m Olesia, a BACP registered Gestalt therapist, working online and in person in Kensington and Wimbledon, London. My work is grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy — a relational and experiential approach that supports meaningful and lasting change.
Therapy available in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
My journey with psychology started over 20 years ago, and it continues to unfold.
My professional background is a combination of psychology, psychotherapy, the arts and movement. At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the healing power of human contact, presence, creativity and meaningful relationship.
My therapeutic approach is shaped not only by formal training, but also by lived experience, curiosity and a commitment to depth, vitality and authenticity.
I see therapy not as something that is done to you, but as something we create together, moment by moment.

I aim to meet the real you — with compassion, respect and curiosity. I honour your capacity for healing and growth, and offer both support and gentle challenge when needed. Together, we explore patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop greater awareness of your needs, boundaries and ways of relating.
My role is not to give advice or quick solutions, but to offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore what brings you to therapy, how you relate to yourself and others, and what helps you feel more grounded, alive and connected in your life.

Alongside my clinical work, movement and embodied experience have played an important role in how I understand healing and change. I have been an Argentine tango dancer for over 15 years. Tango emerged historically from a human need for connection, and its defining element — the embrace — was once described as a form of healing. While therapy does not involve touch, Gestalt therapy works in a similar way: healing and change arise through relationship, attunement and awareness. We pay attention not only to what is said, but also to how you experience yourself emotionally, physically and relationally in the moment.
Like a dance, therapy is an unfolding process. Qualities such as rhythm, fluidity, awareness, creativity and responsiveness create the conditions for meaningful transformation. In our work together, the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a central resource for growth.
